At Forest Melon, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Some items may be non-returnable (such as clearance, sale, or personalized items).

Return Process

 to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
